Kiddies Cooking

We bought this step stool from ikea, to facilitate fahmi’s growing interest in doing the dishes. He gets really excited sampaikan setiap 5 minutes he comes into the kitchen nak tengok kalau ada lagi pinggan kotor yang baru diletak dalam sinki. Walau kadang2 aku sendiri agak ngeri nak biarkan dia cuci pinggan dan gelas kaca but so far dia memang cukup berhati2. Sementara dia tengah rajin ni eloklah aku beri galakan sepenuhnya. Biar nanti dia terbiasa dengan kerja2 rumah takdelah goyang kaki je. i want to upload the viedo of fahmi doing the dishes tapi slow sangat server blogspot nih. next time lah ye.

He also shows interest in helping me with my baking project. I allow him to sit around me and observe my work which he oblige. No way would I let him touch my tools, nanti jadi disaster and aku bertukar jadi monster. But yesterday I let both fahmi and yaya to help me baking cookies. Well, I don’t bake cookies that much melainkan untuk raya aja. Tapi bila tengok fahmi berminat sangat nak baking I thought why not I let them do some simple baking. So we made choc chip cookies yesterday. I did the dough while they watch. Then I let them help bulatkan dough dan susun atas baking tin. Seronoknya lah diaorang.


Fahmi nak buat cookies bentuk haiwan tapi I told him tak payah buat bentuk lah coz nanti cookies tu berubah bentuk bila dah masak, terus dia tak jadi buat.
yang bulat2 tu the kids punya, yang bentuk tak tentu arah tu were mine.

dapatlah dalam 50pcs cookies which I divided in to two container for them to bring to school today. aiyarkk tanda harga pada container recycle tu tak mau hilang plak. nanti orang ingat aku beli cookies kat kedai pastu suruh anak2 bawa gi sekolah hehe.
I told them to share the cookies with friends at school. No point simpan cookies banyak2 kat rumah, takde orang nak makan. Apart from pineapple tarts cookies lain kurang sambutan hehe.
