Chicken Parmigiana @ Parmesan

The chicken normally breaded and fried but I like mine oil-free so I always had them pan-grilled. The only carb we had comes from the corn.


Kononnya nak kurangkan carb intake, tapi lepas makan perut masih terasa kosong ;-). Tahankan jelah, nak jaga diet punya pasal.

Yang bestnya, it was so easy peasy nak prepare this dish for dinner, tak yah tunggu lama.
