Laksa Johor ala Chef Ridz ni memang superb. I was contemplating between Chef Ridz recipe and Che Wan's recipe. The latter punya ingredients lebih banyak ( i guess banyak lapisan rasa)dan more complicated so I choose the former. Lebih ringkas dan yang penting cepat siap. The taste sangat superb.Verdict: Jury keep on "emmm..." "aaahhhh" bila makan laksa johor but semua sepet-sepet mata bila makan lime pie. Sabar jelah bila musim masterchef tiba memang macam ni lah family saya hehehe
